### Cancellation by Participant – Full refund: Available for cancellations made 14 or more days before the event – Partial refund (50%): Available for cancellations made 7-13 days before the event – No refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event
In lieu of a refund, you may: – Transfer your registration to another person – Convert your registration fee to a tax-deductible donation – Apply your fee to a future event (within 12 months)
### Cancellation by Ecomus If we cancel an event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a rescheduled date.
## Membership ### Annual Memberships – Annual memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual – Auto-renewal of memberships can be canceled at any time by contacting [email protected]
### Monthly Memberships – Monthly recurring donations can be canceled at any time by contacting [email protected] – Cancellations will be processed within 5 business days
## Merchandise – Unworn/unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund – Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective – Exchanges are available for items of equal value
## Processing Time – Refunds will be processed within 10 business days – Credit card refunds will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles
